While COVID-19 continues to affect so much of our daily life, First Financial Credit Union is taking measures, once again, to ensure the public’s safety, according to a news release. 

The changes below are effective until further notice:

Effective close of business day today:

∫ Walmart branch closed with ATM access only 

∫ Broadalbin branch lobby closed, drive-thru open with ATM access. 

Effective close of business day on Thursday:

∫ Main Office Lobby Closed, Drive-thru open with ATM and Night Drop access.  Call (518) 725-3191, option 3, for an appointment if necessary.

Online lending applications will be accepted daily, the release stated.

FFCU urges customers to use its other channels to conduct banking business, including:

∫ Online banking

∫ ATMs

∫ Mobile Banking App              Remote Deposit Capture

Daily processing of financial transactions will not be disrupted, the release stated, and that there will be no interruptions of any member services.

“Our decision to close our lobby access is for the safety and  protection of our members and staff,” the release said.
