GLOVERSVILLE — Step aside tree huggers and shutterbugs, winter is here and Sonic’s hitting the trail.

With local schools off for winter vacation, and the new Sonic movie just released out in theaters, this adventure is one for fans of the bright blue hedgehog and nature lovers alike.

Being indoors all winter is rough, and when the sun peeks outside, the adventure begins. A short drive to Willie Wildlife Marsh in Peck Hill State Forest off Willie Road is just the remedy for winter blues, and that includes that infamously adorable blue hedgehog Sonic, who was spotted enjoying his winter vacation here.

There’s nothing like walking in snow covered Peck Hill State Forest, even a hedgehog will admit, it’s an Adirondack Adventure.

See you on the trail Sonic.
