Patterson joins Chamber staff
GLOVERSVILLE — Jenna Patterson has joined the Fulton Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce staff as the business and education partnership coordinator.
Patterson is a graduate of Gloversville High School and attended the culinary arts pathway in the Career and Technical Education program at Hamilton-Fulton-Montgomery Board of Cooperative Educational Services.
She continued her education in culinary arts at Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island where she earned an associate degree in culinary arts and a bachelor’s degree in sports entertainment and event management.
After graduation, Patterson pursued her passion in the hospitality industry. She gained experience at local establishments including restaurants and casinos before landing at the chamber.
Patterson will work alongside supervisor Nicole Walrath, director of workforce development, to continue to expand the Business and Education Partnership program that provides workplace experiences to students in Pathways in Technology Early College High School and pathway programs within HFM BOCES.
Walrath said of Patterson, “With Jenna’s prior knowledge of workplace experiences and her eagerness to help students find their own pathways, she will certainly be an asset to our team.”
