Golfers participate in annual tourney
AMSTERDAM — Nearly 100 golfers participated in the Liberty Foundation’s 25th Annual Golf Tournament on June 6 at Rolling Hills Country Club, an event that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities benefiting from Liberty ARC-funded programs.
Following play, the on-course contest winners were recognized for their efforts:
∫ Low gross category, first place, Steve Brown, Joe Rajczak, Jeff Coon and Ron Limoncelli with a score of 65; second place, Butch Greco, Lou Carleo, Joe Agresta and Frank Derrick with a score of 65; third place, Karl Bach, Tony Morizio, John Vozzy and Tim Adams with a score of 66; fourth place, Brian Showers, Brian Rappleyea, Pete Naples and John Brandt with a score of 67.
∫ Low net category, first place, Jim Burroughs, Kevin Parks, Joe Ouderkrik and Joe Nicolella with a score of 54.2; second place, Bill Sikora, Larry Jordan, Pudge Murphy and Joe Klimek with a score of 54.6; third place, Gary Leva, Stan Wilock, Jim Izzano and Ben Ziskin with a score of 57.2.
