Brain, body program scheduled Tuesday
ST. JOHNSVILLE — Margaret Reaney Memorial Library will host Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body at 2 p.m. on Tuesday in cooperation with the Alzheimer’s Association.
According to a news release: For centuries, it has been known that the health of the brain and the body are connected. Now, science is able to provide insights into how to make lifestyle choices that may help keep your brain and body healthy as you age.
The program will address research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
