JOHNSTOWN — Paul Harshbarger had four hits to power Schuylerville to a 16-0 victory over Johnstown in a Foothills Council baseball game at Johnstown High School on Tuesday.

Johnstown (0-2 overall, 0-1 Foothills) is scheduled to travel to Glens Falls today for a 4:30 p.m. contest, while Schuylerville is set to face Gloversville at Johnstown High School today at 4:30 p.m.

HUDSON FALLS — Amsterdam pitchers Andrew Bracchi and Nick Agresta combined to throw a no-hitter as Amsterdam opened its Foothills Council schedule with a rout of Hudson Falls.

Bracchi struck out four and walked two in five innings, while Agresta struck out three and walked one over the final two innings.

Tyler Krackow was 3-for-4 with six RBIs to lead the Amsterdam offense, which pounded out 23 hits and drew 13 walks.

Michael Rocas went 4-for-5 with two doubles and four RBIs for the Rams, while Jake Greco and Nic Carbone each had two hits and RBIs. Tyler Safran had a singled and three RBIs for Amsterdam, C.J. Durinick had two RBIs, and Jeff Brennan and Peyton Ausfeld each had two singles and scored three runs. Matt Murphy added three singles, scored three runs and had an RBI for the Rams.

Amsterdam (2-1 overall, 1-0 Foothills) is scheduled to host Queensbury today at 4:30 p.m. at Shuttleworth Park in a rematch of last year’s Section II Class A title game.

FONDA — Massimo DiCaprio and Derek Duval combined on a no-hitter as Fonda-Fultonville topped Schoharie in extra innings in a Western Athletic Conference contest.

DiCaprio also bunted home Brady Myles in the bottom of the eighth inning to plate the game-winning run.

Charlie Susi was 2-for-3 with an RBI for FFCS (2-3 overall, 2-1 WAC), while Dylan Hamlen had a double. Cade Kearns added a single for FFCS.

ST. JOHNSVILLE — Brady Fureno had a single, double, three runs scored and two RBIs to lead Fort Plain to a WAC victory over Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville at Soldiers and Sailors Field.

Bryce Thibodeau had two singles, two runs scored and three RBIs for the Hilltoppers, Troy Butler posted two singles, two RBIs and three runs scored, and John Cortese finished with two singles, a double, five RBIs and two runs scored. Josh Nellis added a single, double and two runs scored for Fort Plain.

Jack Brundage had two singles for OESJ, while Von Baker added an RBI single.

Fort Plain (4-0 overall, 3-0 WAC) is slated to host Duanesburg today at 4:30 p.m.

OESJ (5-1 overall, 5-1 WAC) is scheduled to host Berne-Knox-Westerlo today at 4:30 p.m.

Isaiah Logan went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run for Canajoharie, while Keegan Myers and Derek Hyney each had two hits and an RBI. Jack Krug earned the win on the mound in relief of Jack Montayne, who scattered three hits, allowed four unearned runs and struck out 13 in 6 2/3 innings.

Christian Baaki had three RBIs for Bishop Gibbons.
