H.S. Wrestling Roundup: Dolgeville rolls past Poland

DOLGEVILLE — Dolgeville won all 12 weight classes on its way to a 70-0 victory over Poland in a Center State Conference wrestling match Tuesday.

Bradley Lamphere (113 pounds), Treay Jaquay (120), Oscar Lozada (126), David Pierce (138), Andrew Brado (145), Kyle Getman (170), Dylan Randall (182), John Monk (195), Riley Beaulieu (220) and Mike Krasko (285) all won by pin for the Blue Devils.

Seth Richardson (132) won by major decision for Dolgeville (9-7 overall), while Jacob Null (152) added a forfeit victory.

There were double forfeits at 99, 106 and 160 pounds.

Amsterdam, Dolgeville compete at Mountain Duals

DOLGEVILLE — The Amsterdam and Dolgeville wrestling teams competed at the Mountain Duals on Friday and Saturday at Dolgeville High School.

The Rams went 2-5, while the Blue Devils posted a 1-6 record at the two-day event.

Amsterdam posted wins over Dolgeville (49-30) and Beekmantown (54-16), while losing to Central Valley Academy (48-31), Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (46-37), Hilton (63-12), Averill Park (49-29) and Kelso, Wash. (61-16).

Dolgeville earned its lone win by a 60-18 margin over Beekmantown. The Blue Devils lost to Amsterdam (49-30), Central Valley (62-12), Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (50-36), Webster Schroeder (43-30), Hilton (66-7) and and Kelso, Wash. (66-12).

Kelso won the event with a perfect 7-0 record.
