H.S. Bowling Roundup: Canajoharie boys earn split with Schoharie
MIDDLEBURGH — Cian DiMezza rolled a 233-574 to help Canajoharie earn a 2-2 tie with Schoharie in a Western Athletic Conference boys bowling match Friday at Middleburgh Lanes.
Ethan France had a 203-543 for the Cougars.
Perry Lawyer posted a 242-642 to lead Schoharie, while Tyler Lawyer rolled a 217-610. Schoharie finished with a 2,726-2,723 advantage in total pins.
Canajoharie is scheduled to host Bishop Gibbons on Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Iroquois Lanes.
Mayfield 4, Berne-Knox-Westerlo 0
GLOVERSVILLE — Adam Colby rolled games of 219 and 200 on hi way to a 603 series to lead Mayfield to a WAC victory over Berne-Knox-Westerlo at Arterial Lanes on Friday.
Tyler Cramer posted a 204-537 for the Panthers, Gio Angelo had a 184-500 and Anthony Mullarkey added a 177-463. Mayfield finished with a 2,542-2,018 advantage in total pins.
Sebastian Iarusso posted a 173-498 to lead Berne-Knox-Westerlo, while Ben King rolled a 190-464. Dylan Hempstead added a 160-444 for the Bulldogs.
Bishop Gibbons 4, Fonda-Fultonville 0
SCHENECTADY — Alex Belcher finished with a 213-595 to lead Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons to a WAC victory over Fonda-Fultonville at Sportsman’s Bowl on Friday.
Matt Kordziel had a 217-593 for the Knights, Dylan Sawyer had a 205-558 and Joey Mattala added a 189-518.
Bishop Gibbons finished with a 2,777-2,359 advantage in total pins.
Braxton Williams led Fonda-Fultonville with a 193-539, while Dylan Livingston rolled a 174-468. Connor Barnes posted a 173-549 for the Braves, Korey Davis had a 159-450 and Micaiah Roche added a 169-443.

Hunter Meher posted a 268-672 for the Sir Bills, while Garrett Way added a 280-637. Johnstown finished with a 3,619-3,161 advantage in total pins.
Zach Rinehart finished with a 213-616 to lead Broadalbin-Perth, Kobi Mason had a 234-581 and Mike Piska added a 204-540.

Aiden Carter posted a 234-645 for the Huskies, Adam Loveless had a 244-644 and Mark Sgambato had a 224-623. A.J. Dorman added a 187-529 for Gloversville, which finished with a 3,586-3,072 advantage in total pins.
Gavin Bennett had a 267-577 to lead Hudson Falls, while Taylor Markham posted a 183-539. Patrick Randall rolled a 189-523 for the Tigers and Logan Bennett added a 183-503.
