Lady Raiders lose to Finger Lakes, 72-54

CANANDAIGUA — Ranaveya Richards finished with 27 points and 12 rebounds to lead Finger Lakes Community College to a 72-54 victory over Fulton-Montgomery Community College in a Region 3 women’s basketball contest Sunday.

Sarah Lacey had 21 points and 18 rebounds for Finger Lakes (8-2 overall), while Mackenzie Hamer and Megan McAllister each had 12 points.

Diasia DeBoue scored 27 points to lead FMCC (3-5 overall), while Julie Hampton added 15 points. Raina Danylak had 10 rebounds for the Lady Raiders.

FMCC is slated to return to action Jan. 9 when it hosts Cayuga Community College at 5 p.m.
