SCHUYLERVILLE — Andy Sitterly finished with a high game of 242 and a 671 series to lead Johnstown to a 4-0 victory over Schuylerville in a Foothills Council match at Olde Saratoga Bowl on Monday.

Garrett Way posted 224-655 for the Sir Bills, who finished with a 3,648-3,286 advantage in total pins. Mick Winton had a 200-592 for Johnstown and Ethan Hadcock added a 233-583. With the win, Johnstown improved to 35-9 in Foothills Council play.

Colton Weatherwax finished with a 257-704 to lead Schuylerville, while Logan Steele posted a 257-557. Ethan Corlew had a 212-542 for the Black Horses and Charlie Sherman added a 189-516.

South Glens Falls 4, Gloversville 0

SOUTH GLENS FALLS — Jack Comar finished with a 247-675 to lead South Glens Falls to a Foothills Council victory over Gloversville on Monday at Kingpin’s Alley.

Jarrid Tessier posted a 278-644 for the Bulldogs, while Ryan Benosky had a 614 series. Willis Bickford added a high game of 235 for South Glens Falls, which finished with a 3,696-3,256 advantage in total pins.

Aiden Carter had a 570 series for Gloversville, while Tristana Quinones had a high game of 236. Mark Sgambato added a high game of 217 for the Huskies.

Amsterdam 3, Queensbury 1

AMSTERDAM — Nate Grant rolled two games of 258 on his way to a 731 series to lead Amsterdam to a Foothills Council victory over Queensbury at Imperial Lanes.

Jake Preville finished with a 236-676 for the Rams, while Fred Pinto had a 214-624.

Mike Hughes added a 214-624 for Amsterdam, which finished with a 3,852-3,384 advantage in total pins.

Phil Rock led Queensbury with a 225-609.

Amsterdam is scheduled to travel to Glens Falls on Wednesday.
