Canajoharie boys lose to Mekeel

CANAJOHARIE — Jordan Jackson finished with 22 points to lead Mekeel Christian Academy to an 87-34 victory over Canajoharie in a non-league boys basketball game Tuesday.

Deonte Holder scored 21 points for the Lions, while Carter Stewart (13 points), Cameron Stewart (12) and Gideon Aglo (10) also finished in double figures.

Mekeel Christian led 29-7 after one quarter and 49-12 at the half on its way to the victory.

Isaiah Logan scored nine points to lead Canajoharie (0-3 overall).
