Mayfield tops Galway in WAC crossover for sixth win in last seven games

JOHNSTOWN — Lyndsey McCoy scored 23 points to lift Middleburgh to a 64-50 victory over Fonda-Fultonville in a Western Athletic Conference girls basketball crossover game Tuesday at Fulton-Montgomery Community College.

The Knights outscored the Lady Braves 38-28 in the second half to secure the victory.

Bre Palmatier finished with 14 points for Middleburgh (17-3 overall), while Kelsey Campbell added 13.

Julianna Taylor scored a game-high 29 points to lead Fonda-Fultonville (13-7 overall), while Kaleigh Smith added eight points.
