Why waste money on an investigation that the public might not get to review. You know, like the one for the Chief

Absolutely and here's why: there has not been a mayor re-elected in our city since the early 1970s. I have looked into this and have come to believe that the department heads, deputy department heads and employees conspire to defeat incumbents so that the interests of the city hall incumbents reign supreme to the will of the taxpayers.

I think it is a fine idea. To bad no one was interested when Shirly Savage wanted to investigate city departments. I wonder what will happen if they find any wrongdoing. likely the person will probably not be charged with any wrongdoing, and will be allowed to retire with full benefits after a lengthly paid leave. Where do I sign up for a job where I can rip off the city and then get early retirement??
