Couldn't care less what goes on beyond our borders. Bring the boys home and stop handing out our money to prop up foreign criminals.

I voted NO. Because I am not happy we are sticking our noses in where they don't belong again! Reagan ended the cold war and the current idiot in chief is trying to start it back up. 2016 cannot get here soon enough.

2016 will only help if the Republicans can dredge up a CREDIBLE candidate and not another super rich dude nobody believe in.

Gofigure, once our elected reps go to D.C. they all become super rich. Romney, I assume that is who you were referring to, got his money by WORKING for it not by stealing it from the taxpayer with a do-nothing job. If President Romney was doing the business of America today, you would see business IN America, today.

Really Gemini? Could have sworn he was born into a super rich multi-millionaire family. His father has a whole school named after him at BYU.. Naw you're right he didn't benefit from his daddy's money..LOL

What response? Obama just ***** into the wind and expects Putin to run away.

I voted no because our gutless president flushed a majority of our options out the window. He has mishandled this issue as poorly as he has every other issue and the cure is midterm elections.
This has nothing to do with who is or who is not. We have no business butting into another countrys affairs, why. The glowbul business world is complete failure for our country.

Really gville70? Strange how you only know what the liberal media tells you. Actual research would show Romney gave away his inheritance but that doesn't matter to you low information parrots, if the liberal media says it's true, it must be. Ask ABC quickly before they are forced into bankruptcy for their 'factual', non biased and honest-to-God reporting. What am I talking about?? Try reading some REAL journalism for once. Hint: Pink slime, Lion King.

Anyhow, as to the question: what response other than the usual harsh language with no substance and besides, who cares? Our own Southern Border is being invaded daily by people who do not belong here too, are we satisfied with that?. Maybe Obama can use his crayon and Mattel Phone to ask Putin for advice.
"Flushed a majority of our options out the window."?...How so?? Hopefully the US will pursue the option of not sticking our nose into this...or will the Dominoe Theory philosophy emerge once again.

The (missing) Missile Shield, laker. Obama caved as a gift for Putin. Putin gladly accepted Obamas gift of submission. Seems to me I recall Romney instructing Obama on real foreign policy but the Community organizer didn't know what the term 'Geopolitical foe' means, he still doesn't. He thinks it's a Book Number for gawds sake.

Obama's responses to every single foreign problem has been awful... Syria, Iran, North Korea and now this. Plus he stated "We have ruled our military intervention". Now that is as inept as I would expect any leader could be but who knows he still has time to make us look even weaker. Wrong guy in the wrong office at the very worst time!
Should read *RULED OUT* military intervention.

We can agree to disagree Bob... as for tot, not so sure! Hard to say who's right or wrong...I guess I've had enough of putting our young men in harms way, especially in Ukraine, when it appears obvious Crimea overwhelmingly wants to side with Russia.

I agree we should not spend a single American life for this political crisis. My point is that there is no way that Vlad could know just what the USA or allies would do, how far we would take him to task on what he should not be doing. But when you throw in the towel on day one meeting one and declare we will not act militarily... you have blown away a bargaining tool that could have forced Russia into being a bit less aggressive, a bit more tentative on just what would put them over the line. Mr Obama in his infinite stupidity did his usual... lack of experience does not cover the inadequacy shown by this POTUS.

Bob, I am glad that we didn't put up the missile defense shield. It would be easier to ship it directly to Russia!

Hey Bob, his father was rich and he benefitted from his fortune long before he said he donated some of it.. Do you even think before you post? He attended the very same college that opened an ENTIRE SCHOOL named after him.. His father was a CEO in the very same business , got him in at Bain Capital.. Go back to yelling at folks along the rail trail old man..LOL
"He SAID he donated" I see you still refuse to be informed and are getting tired of this 'old man' pointing out facts while you wallow in jealously. You're a good little angry liberal and a credit to your ideology. You see, we were never issued rose-colored glasses and Unicorn dreams. Instead, we were educated while you were indoctrinated. The result? Old men and women notice these things and you do not. In case you are wondering.

Thread hijacks not withstanding, Obama's response here is what it is everywhere overseas--surrender. The perfesser is the worst POTUS in American history, bar none.

gville70, I heard that Putin wanted to invite his pal Obama to the casino opening soon in Crimea, the building plans are being completed... no pre-planned attack shown here at all!

Russia has 2,000 warheads for short-range missiles and artillery shells. Putin has cut off discussion on the subject and even raised the possibility of deploying nuclear-capable Iskander missiles in Kaliningrad, a Russian enclave between Poland and Lithuania.
Let's make up lies so we can invade Ukraine, and at the same time, on the economic front we can give everyone tax breaks, including billionaires. Oops wait, last time an administration came up with that idea it brought the country to the brink of economic collapse....on 2nd thought, scratch that idea.
