GLOVERSVILLE - State police said an Amsterdam man tore a bench off a wall at the troopers station in Mayfield.
Daniel A. Jackowski, 28, of Amsterdam was charged by state police April 13 with violating his probation, a felony, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content higher than or equal to 0.08 percent, refusal to take a breath test and a seat belt violation.
