Wendy Y. Bouck, 48, of Gloversville, N.Y., passed away on Monday April 21, at St. Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam, N.Y., following a long courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Gloversville, on November 6, 1965, Wendy was the daughter of Linda Willis Bouck and the late Ronald T. Bouck, and Ronald N. Fraker and companion Joan Lince. She attended school in both Canajoharie and St. Johnsville.
Wendy worked for Visiting nurses and later for the Mohawk Valley Pennysaver. When the Pennysaver closed its doors, she became a stay-at-home grandma, as her family was the most important thing in her life.

Wendy is survived by her mother, Linda Willis Bouck of Ft. Plain; two sisters: Wanda Gifford of Canajoharie and Janene Bouck of Broadalbin; two children: Brandon Bouck of Johnstown and Erin Smith; four grandchildren: Kandace Frye, Kierra Brockhum, Kameron Brockhum and Carter Santiago, two nieces, one nephew, one great nephew, one great niece, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
There will be a celebration of life, or " Going Away Party," held on Saturday, April 26, 2014, from 2 6 PM at the Ephratah Rod & Gun Club.
