Ridgely Mallard Perham, age 73, of Gloversville, NY, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2014, at home with her family at her bedside. She was born August 27, 1940, in Saranac Lake, the daughter of Chester and Dorothy Park. After graduating from Gloversville High School in 1958, she worked as a secretary, sales clerk, day-care provider and volunteer. Ridgely was a loving mother, had a passion for animals and was known for her friendliness and generosity. She was a member of Living Hope Church.
Ridgely is survived by her husband of 54 years, Theodore Perham; son, Randolph Perham (Linda Perham); two daughters, Desiree Perham and Maria Siegfried (Gary Siegfried); six grandchildren and sister, Sharon Louise Park.
A memorial service will be held in the summer. The date and location will be published in June.
