Deborah L. Hill, age 60, of Gloversville, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2014, at Albany Medical Center.
She was born on November 25, 1953, in Gloversville, the daughter of the late Ray Hill and Janice Boyd Hill who survives.
Deborah was a Class of 1971 graduate of Johnstown High School. She was a general merchandise manager for Price Chopper at both the Gloversville and Johnstown locations for over 27 years. After her disability in 1997, she enjoyed placing her creations in craft shows. Deborah was a longtime member of the First Free Methodist Church of Gloversville.
In addition to her mother, Deborah is survived by her three daughters, Christina (Michael) Huffman of Mayfield, Tonya Lee and her significant other Norman Brick of Johnstown and Heather Lee and her significant other Brandon Gibson of Gloversville; ten grandchildren, Jenna, Brianna, Kannan, Cheyenne, Marissa, Kodi, Kameron, Logan, Rayne and Ariana and her lifelong best friend Carol Samson of Burnt Hills.
A memorial service will be conducted at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, February 28, at the First Free Methodist Church, 1200 County Highway 122, Gloversville.
Cremation was at Vale Crematory, Schenectady.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the A.G. Cole Funeral Home Inc., 215 E. Main Street, Johnstown.
