Boys Basketball Roundup: Northville edges Galway, 52-49

GALWAY - Danny Reidell scored 17 points to lead Northville to a 52-49 win over Galway in a WAC North Division boys basketball game Monday.

The Falcons led 23-20 at the half and held on for the victory.

Nick Jonas scored 16 points for Northville (6-10 overall, 4-8 WAC North), while Kalob Russell added nine points.

Mike Mattice scored 15 points for Galway (0-12 WAC North), while Taylor Hartman finished with 11 points. Dan Diaz added 10 points for the Golden Eagles.

C.J. Mulvey scored 12 points for the Lions (8-1 WAC South), while Marquan Newman added 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Troy Hinckley scored 11 points to lead Middleburgh (3-7 WAC South).

REMSEN - Brandon Lewandowski scored 16 points to lead Dolgeville to a win over Remsen.

The Blue Devils led 21-13 at the half before outscoring the Rams 25-12 after the break to seal the victory.

Alex Johnson scored 13 points for Dolgeville (3-14 overall), while Reid Johnson finished with 12.

David Peterson scored 12 points to lead Remsen.

Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville 57, Schoharie 53

SCHOHARIE - Johnny Vicciarelli finished with 21 points, leading Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville to a win over Schoharie.

Dylan Klock added 17 points for the Wolves, while Payten Johnson finished with 12 points.

James Sackett scored 15 points to lead Schoharie (6-10 overall), while Conner Brown added 10 points.

Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville (8-8 overall) will face Middleburgh on Saturday in a WAC crossover game at Fulton-Montgomery Community College at 5:30 p.m.
