GLOVERSVILLE - A city man was arrested Friday night at a basketball game at Gloversville High School on a Fulton County Court warrant and was in possession of marijuana and crack cocaine, police said.
Warren Darby, 35, of 21 Market St., was arrested on a warrant out of County Court for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He also was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Capt. John Sira said Darby was recognized at a basketball game by police and arrested in the lobby during halftime without incident.
Police said during the investigation, Darby was found to be in possession of marijuana and crack cocaine.
Darby was transported to the station where he was processed, arraigned and sent to the Fulton County Jail.
