DOLGEVILLE - When the Dolgeville and Canastota volleyball teams met earlier this season, the Lady Blue Devils came out on the short end of the 3-1 score.
Monday night, the teams met again, this time on Dolgeville's home court.
However, the unbeaten Class B Lady Raiders were up to the challenge, sweeping past Dolgeville 3-0 on game scores of 25-17, 25-13 and 25-16.

"They are a very good team," Dolgeville coach Barb Allen said. "They are near the top of the Bs.
"We wanted to play them just to kind of see where we are at, and we are not there, yet."
The Lady Blue Devils found success early in game one, putting Canastota in a 6-2 hole on service runs by Courtney Rachon and Kaylee Brandow.
The Lady Raiders dug themselves out of the hole and into the lead with a 13-point, three-ace service run by Emily Barrett that also included four kills from Grace Campbell to pull ahead 20-14.
After getting the side-out, the Lady Blue Devils answered with a service run from Rachon to trim the lead to 20-17 before Canastota coach Marcia Laidlaw called for a timeout.
The Lady Raiders responded to their coach, getting the ball to Campbell for a side-out kill and a game-ending service run from Josie Sgarlata to lock up the 25-17 win.
Canastota kept its momentum going from Game 1 using service runs from Sgarlata and Maureen Krak to build a 12-2 advantage and cruised to the 25-13 Game 2 victory.
Dolgeville fought back in Game 3, coming back from a 4-1 deficit to take a 5-4 lead behind a service run from Rachon.
The Lady Raiders regained control, feeding Campbell for the kills and putting together long service-runs that concluded with an ace from Madison Gregoris to close out the 25-16 win and the non-league sweep.
Campbell finished the match with 23 kills and five blocks, while Krak had six digs and 30 assists. Barrett finished the match with six kills, five digs and five aces for Canastota.
"They pass very well and are an even team," Allen said. "Everybody back there is passing to their targets and getting it to Grace."
Rachon finished the match with five aces, four kills, four assists and six digs for the Lady Blue Devils. Taylor Brandow added three kills, three digs and an assist, while Abby Mosenthin and Cheyanne Sullivan had four digs apiece and Courtney Normoyle chipped in with seven assists.
"I have a good group of girls who are working hard but we just were not at that level, especially tonight," Allen said.
Dolgeville will enter Section III Class C sectional play next month.
The tournament seeding meeting is set for Feb. 2 and the tournament runs through the Feb. 15 championships at Chittenango High School.
