GLOVERSVILLE - A city woman was arrested early Sunday morning after she moved a table at the Senior Citizen Services Center into the middle of the street and refused to move it, authorities said.

Rebecca L. Zuckerwar, 27, of 21 Carpenter St., was charged by city police with disorderly conduct and trespass.

Police said Zuckerwar was seen on the senior center property around 3:13 a.m., after being advised she was not allowed there.

While officers were approaching her on the property, police said, she moved a table from the parking lot to the middle of Church Street. She then sat at the table and refused to move.

She was advised several times to leave the roadway but refused, police said.

Zuckerwar was taken into custody without incident, transported to the station and held for arraignment.
