The National Weather Service is advising caution on the roads today after a winter weather advisory was put into effect in an area that includes Hamilton, Fulton and Montgomery Counties.
The NWS has put a winter weather advisory into effect until 4 p.m. today.
The NWS reported the accumulated snow could be between 3 to 6 inches, with up to half an inch falling per hour. The NWS reported that roadways, expecially bridges and overpasses, could be extremely slippery. The temperatures will be in the 20s, according to the NWS.
