Girls Basketball Roundup: B-P falls short against Scotia-Glenville

BROADALBIN - Allison Casey finished with 12 points to lead Scotia-Glenville to a 49-15 win over Broadalbin-Perth in a Foothills Council girls basketball game Friday.

The Lady Tartans outscored the Lady Patriots 23-4 in the first half on their way to the win.

Nicole Conley and Katelyn Dwyer each had 10 points for Scotia-Glenville (3-0 overall, 2-0 Foothills), while Caitlin Estes added nine.

Tatiana Ivery scored six points to lead Broadalbin-Perth (2-2 overall, 1-2 Foothills).

QUEENSBURY - Jill Davis scored 18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, leading Queensbury to a Foothills Council win over Hudson Falls.

Lorissa Rodriguez and Kelly McLaughlin each had eight points for the Spartans (3-0 Foothills). McLaughlin also had eight rebounds and two steals, while Nikari Carota added seven steals and five rebounds.

Tanner Barton scored 16 points to lead Hudson Falls (1-1 Foothills).

FORT PLAIN - Abby Boyer finished with 21 points, leading Fort Plain to a Western Athletic Conference North Division win over Northville.

The Lady Hilltoppers trailed 18-10 after one quarter before rallying to outscore the Lady Falcons 46-16 the rest of the way to earn the win.

Haley Kilmartin scored 16 points for Fort Plain (4-3 overall, 3-2 WAC North), while Bri Florian finished with 12 points.

Lyndsey Wadsworth scored 11 points to lead Northville (2-4 overall, 1-4 WAC North).

Jordyn Logan led Canajoharie with 14 points, while Alexis Kane hit for 12.

Erica Chase paced Galway with 18 points, including three 3-pointers and Lindsey Naughton chipped in with 12 points.
