JOHNSTOWN - State police said two Gloversville men were arrested after one man rammed the other's vehicle Monday.
Emory L. Ostrander, 44, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and second-degree reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Benjamin A. Alling, 22, was also charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
Police said Alling yelled at Ostrander outside a house in the town and then left. Ostrander followed Alling's Wrangler and rammed the vehicle multiple times while it was pulled over on Route 29A, police said. According to police, Alling's 14-month-old daughter was in the vehicle at the time. Later, Alling smashed the windows in Ostrander's Cherokee with his fists, police said.
Ostrander and Alling were both arraigned in Town Court and sent to Fulton County Correctional facility in lieu of bail. Both were scheduled to reappear in court.
