Marion C. King, 89, a resident of Oswego, formerly of Gloversville, passed away on October 28, at the Seneca Hill Manor in Volney N.Y.
Born in Schnectedy N.Y., she was a daughter of the late Peter and Jennifer (Olmsted) Christie and had attended schools in Queens N.Y.
She was the owner of a nursing home in Gloversville for many years and was also a member of the Gloversville Chamber of Commerce.
Surviving are two sons, Peter (Carol) King of Marco Island Fla., Christian (Kathy) King of Oswego; a sister, Dr. Joan Ann Christie of Gloversville; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Joan Ann King in 1999.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. from the Edinburg Cemetery in Edinburg N.Y.
