Melissa A. Siarkowski, daughter of Wrandy and Linda Siarkowski of Gloversville, was united in marriage to Braedon R.T. Fisher, son of Corky and Margie Fisher of Johnstown, on July 6, 2013.

The ceremony took place at Meyers Park in Gloversville. Pastor Phillip Carey, uncle of the bride, officiated. A reception followed at the Eagles Club in Johnstown.

Attendants for the bride were Robin Siarkowski, Matron of Honor, Kalia Fisher, and Jordan Siarkowski.

Attendants for the groom were Ed McClary, Best Man, Curtis Fisher, and Jake Siarkowski.

The newlyweds honeymooned in Bar Harbor, Maine.

The bride is a 2009 graduate of FMCC and earned a bachelor's degree in science education from SUNY College at Oneonta. She is a certified biology teacher and is working for HFM BOCES as a substitute teacher.

The groom is a 2004 graduate of Johnstown High School and is working for HFM BOCES as a substitute teacher.
