Area golfers playing at Sage College

FARMINGDALE - The Sage College men's golf team finished third at the Farmingdale State College Invitational on Friday at the Bethpage Red Course.

The host Rams won the team title with a total of 295, while Sage was third with a total of 317.

Farmingdale's Adam Larkin posted the low round of the day with a two-under par 68.

Gloversville graduate Kevin Johnston, a freshman at Sage, tied for seventh with a round of 77. Johnstown graduate D.J. Ioele, a sophomore, posted an 83 for the Gators to tie for 16th, while Johnstown graduate Richie Christman, a senior, had an 84 for Sage and finished 20th.
