GLOVERSVILLE - A man was arrested Saturday after he entered an address without permission and took items before damaging property at other addresses, city police said.
Joshua Rulison, 22, of 140 Bleecker St., was charged with second-degree burglary, third- and fourth-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny and fifth-degree possession of stolen property.
Police said officers learned during an investigation Rulison entered an address unlawfully, took items and then damaged property at other addresses.
He was processed and sent to the Fulton County Jail.?He is scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.
