Girls Soccer Roundup: Lady Wolves rout Mayfield

ST. JOHNSVILLE - Abby Mosher finished with two goals, leading Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville to a 7-1 win over Mayfield in a Western Athletic Conference girls soccer game Monday.

Addie Brundage had a goal and an assist for the Lady Wolves, while Alexis Romeyn, Rylie Smith, Skyler Viveros and Jessi Hagadorn also scored.

Hannah Taylor had three assists for Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville (2-1 overall, 2-1 WAC), which led 5-0 at the half.

Julie Hampton scored the lone goal for Mayfield (0-2 overall, 0-2 WAC).

Leann Clark made four saves for Oppenheim-Ephratah/St. Johnsville, which outshot Mayfield, 35-6.

Megan Frasier and Maria Messina combined to make 19 saves for Mayfield.

The Lady?Wolves are scheduled to travel to Northville on Wednesday for a 4:30 p.m. contest.

Canajoharie 8, Northville 1

NORTHVILLE - Jenelle Dillenbeck scored three times to lead Canajoharie to a WAC North win over Northville.

Bri Slater scored twice for the Lady Cougars, while Arie Logan had a goal and two assists.

Morgan Koelbl added a goal and an assist for Canajoharie (1-1 overall, 1-0 WAC).

Morgan Gray also scored for the Lady Cougars, while Hannah Bowerman and Jordyn Logan each had an assist.

Meghan LaPort scored the lone goal for Northville (1-2 overall, 1-2 WAC).

Andrea Dingman and Lauren Balfe combined for six saves for Canajoharie.

Mallory Hook made 15 saves for the Lady Falcons.

Canajoharie is scheduled to host Galway on?Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.

Sharon Springs 2, Fort Plain 1

FORT PLAIN - Morgan Daignault scored the game-winning goal, leading Sharon Springs to a Western Athletic Conference win over Fort Plain.

Renee Handy also scored for the Lady Spartans.

Kendra Trembley scored the lone goal for Fort Plain (0-3-1 overall, 0-2-1 WAC).

Center State Conference

Old Forge 3, Dolgeville 2

OLD FORGE - Melissa Rockhill scored twice, leading Old Forge to a win over Dolgeville.

Jordan Levi also scored for Old Forge (1-0 overall).

Sarah George scored twice for Dolgeville (1-2 overall), while Courtney Normoyle had an assist.

Katie Millard made five saves for the Blue Devils.

Non-league

Galway 2, Lake George 1

GALWAY - Erica Chase scored twice to lead Galway to a win over Lake George.

Signy Killingmo had an assist for the Golden Eagles.

Carly Vreugde scored the lone goal for Lake George.

Haleigh Podrazik made 10 saves for Galway, while Kerry Walker made seven saves for Lake George.
