JOHNSTOWN - The Johnstown Lady Bills opened their Foothills Council campaign with a 4-0 shutout performance over Scotia-Glenville on Thursday at Knox Field.
Johnstown (2-0 overall, 1-0 Foothills) took a 3-0 halftime lead on goals from Chelsea Rodecker, Nicole Bentley and Hope Cerasuolo. Cerasuolo closed out the scoring with a second-half goal.
Mackenzie Rogers picked up a pair of assists in the match, while Bridget Valk also had an assist.

For the match, Johnstown out shot Scotia 20-1 and held a 14-1 edge in corners.
Johnstown goalkeeper Kristin Wright made one save, while Naudia Smith stopped 16 shots for Scotia.
