I have a question that no one answered for me on Saturday night: Isn't the regional animal shelter annex in the area where the fireworks were being set off?
Do we have any dogs in the shelter? If so, did our city make sure the dogs were moved before the fireworks? The smoke was thick in that area and I know the explosions really scare dogs.
So that is my question. Can anyone answer? My concern is for the safety and well-being of the animals.
