Exilda Aggie Carbone, 69, of Walnut St., Mechanicville, died Friday morning at home, after a short illness.
Born in Gloversville, N.Y., on October 23, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Mary Maine VanHorne.
A homemaker, Aggie loved being a wife, mother and Nana to her family.
Her husband of 36 years, Carl A. Carbone, died in 2007, and a sister, Maxine Furman, also predeceased her.
Survivors include her daughter Toni Lynn and husband Jim Middleton of Mechanicville, son Richard Carbone of Rensselaer, grandchildren Richard Carbone Jr., Patrick Weiss and Tori DiMauro, and great-granddaughter Sierra Carbone. Also, sisters Pamela Powers of Johnstown, Peggy Weaver of Gloversville and brother James Kunz of Amsterdam, along with nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at the family's convenience. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Fonda. There are no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to either the American Lung Association or Community Hospice of Saratoga.
