FORT PLAIN - The Montgomery County New York Connects will host a free breakfast and informational session from 8 to 10 a.m. Aug. 16 at the Fort Plain Senior Center, 204 Canal St., a news release said.
The topics for discussion will focus on the needs of Montgomery County citizens with long-term care needs regardless of age, the release said.
The guest speakers will include: Elizabeth Montemorano, a Price Chopper pharmacist; Marie-Paulie Heylen of Tri-County Medical Mobile Care; and Susan Frasier of Mountain Valley Hospice, the news release said.
Space is limited and reservations are required by Aug. 9.
The breakfast will be open to the public.
