Mohawks rally to beat Watertown, 9-4

WATERTOWN - The Amsterdam Mohawks erased an early 3-0 deficit to defeat the Watertown Rams 9-4 in Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball action Sunday at Duffy Fairgrounds.

Amsterdam was led at the plate by John Nogowski's two doubles and Devin Wenzel's home run.

With the victory, the Mohawks (14-13) move out of the cellar in the PGCBL East and trail division leading Glens Falls by 3 games.

The Mohawks return home to Shuttleworth Park on Tuesday for a 7:05 p.m. game against Cooperstown.
