Man admits to contempt

JOHNSTOWN - An Amsterdam man pleaded guilty Thursday in Fulton County Court in a contempt case.

Walter J. Albino, 24, 7 Willard St., pleaded guilty before Judge Polly A. Hoye to one felony count of first-degree criminal contempt as part of a plea arrangement.

Sentencing was adjourned until August, but he is expected to receive 1 1/2 to three years in state prison as a second felony offender.

Albino was arrested Sept. 29 by state police.
