JOHNSTOWN - The city will have a Memorial Day parade at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
Navy and Naval Reserves veteran John B. Morris will be the grand marshal. A program will take place at the conclusion of the parade, around 7 p.m. Friday, in Sir William Johnson Park on West Main Street.
