AHS boys tennis loses to LaSalle

AMSTERDAM - LaSalle won all six singles matches on its way to an 8-0 win over Amsterdam in a Big 10 boys tennis match Friday at Amsterdam High School.

Jordan Crandall, Brennan Behr, Adam Sabo, Jack McCarthy, Jack McQuade and Stephen Constantakes all won singles matches for the Cadets.

Matt Arnold and Will Burnett won at first doubles for LaSalle (8-1 overall, 8-0 Big 10), while Phil Adikes and Anthony DeMarte won at second doubles.

Neither team fielded a team at third doubles.

Amsterdam slipped to 0-7 overall and 0-7 in Big 10 play with the loss.

No. 2: Phil Adikes-Anthony DeMarte( L) def. Corey Tambasco-Cody Ludwin 6-0, 6-0
