GLOVERSVILLE - Two city men were arrested after a domestic dispute led to a television being thrown and a glass mug being used to hit a person, city police said.

Scott B. Lee, 24, of 57 Forest St., was arrested by city police Friday and charged with second-degree assault, a felony.

Stephen B. Shults, 29, of 57 Forest St., was arrested by city police Saturday and charged with third-degree attempted assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief, both misdemeanors.

Police said Lee was charged with assault for hitting Shults with a glass mug, causing a laceration.

Police said Shults was charged with criminal mischief for throwing items, one of which was a television. Police said Shults damaged the TV. He also was charged with attempted assault for punching Lee, police said.
