JOHNSTOWN - In Fulton County Court this week, a Gloversville man pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender.

David A. Krill Sr., 40, of Fremont St., Gloversville, pleaded guilty before Judge Polly A. Hoye. He was immediately sentenced to time already served, as part of a plea agreement.

He was charged Jan. 14 by Gloversville police.

In other Fulton County Court action this week:

-?Sonny L. Green, 30, of Wilson Street, Gloversville, was sentenced Wednesday by Hoye as a second felony offender to 1 1/2 to 3 years in state prison.

Prior to being sentenced, he pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree criminal contempt. He had been indicted Feb. 26 by a county grand jury.

Green was arrested Dec. 11, charged in Gloversville with resisting arrest and criminal contempt for what authorities said was a violation of an order of protection.

He had been convicted in April 2011 of third-degree criminal mischief for slashing 22 tires on 11 vehicles in fall 2010 in Johnstown.

- Derrick C. Phillips, 43, of School Street, Johnstown pleaded guilty Thursday before Judge Richard C. Giardino to one felony count of driving while intoxicated.

Sentencing was adjourned until a later date, but he is expected to serve three years in county Drug Court.

He was arrested Nov. 15.

- Carlton D. Frasier Jr., 41, of East Main Street, Johnstown, pleaded guilty Thursday before Hoye to one count of third-degree welfare fraud, as part of a plea arrangement.

Sentencing was adjourned until a later date, but he is expected to receive credit for time served, five years' probation and restitution, in full satisfaction of several charges against him.

Frasier was arrested Feb. 4.
