The Leader Herald

JOHNSTOWN - City police are looking for a suspect or suspects who stabbed a man late Sunday night in what police Chief Mark Gifford said was a "drug-related" incident.

Gifford on Monday night released few details about the incident, but said it occurred about 11:30 p.m. Sunday at a home in the West Clinton and South Perry streets area. He said the victim - whom he declined to identify - suffered "serious wounds."

He declined to say which hospital the victim was taken to for the man's safety.

He also declined to say where on the body the man was stabbed.

Anyone with further information can contact police confidentially at 736-4021.
