A prayer service for Sally H. Semione, 76, of Curtis Apts., Watertown, will be at noon Saturday, April 6, at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, with the Rev. Pierre Aubin officiating.
Burial will be later in the spring in North Watertown Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon prior to the service.
Mrs. Semione passed away at her home Tuesday, April 2.
She was born in Gloversville, N.Y., a daughter to Gerald and Agnes Mushreall Mosher.
Following her education, Sally was employed at the Decca Record Company in Gloversville.
She married Robert J. Semione November 21, 1959, at St. Mary's Church in Gloversville. The marriage ended in divorce.
Sally was employed at Longway's Diner, Watertown and attended the nursing program at Jefferson Community College. She owned and operated the Town Diner in Chaumont until her retirement.
Sally enjoyed scrapbooking, cooking, genealogy, NASCAR, and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by: her children, Robert (Alice) Semione of Brownville, Virginia (Clement) Frattali of Watertown, Richard (Kathleen) Semione of Oswego, Christopher (Melissa) Semione of Sackets Harbor; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; her sister, Connie (Art) Crowe of Clifton Park, N.Y.; two nieces and one nephew.
