PERTH - Town officials passed a resolution Thursday to seek bids for the construction of a new town garage, months after rejecting all the bids it had received.
In September, the board realized those bids exceeded the $600,000 spending limit town residents had approved. Town officials voted to reject the bids and re-bid in the spring.
Information will be available April 3 for the four areas of bidding - construction, electrical work, mechanical work and plumbing. All bids must be in by 10 a.m. May 1.
