Food event changes location, day

February 14, 2013
The Leader Herald

GLOVERSVILLE - The mass food distribution of the First Free Methodist Church will be on the second Thursday of each month and will continue throughout this year.

The change was made by the Regional Food Bank in Latham, which provides the food.

The event will be indoors at the County Line Auction House (formerly Rose Buick), 275 S. Main St., for February and March due to the cold weather.

The event used to be held on the first Thursday of every month at the farmers market pavilion on Elm Street.

The times are still 9 a.m. to noon, and it will be free to the public.

Depending on the weather, the event will be back at the pavilion in April.
