BROADALBIN - Supervisor Joe DiGiacomo announced at Tuesday's board meeting that Councilwoman Sandy Steele resigned.
DiGiacomo told board members and town residents that Steele handed in a letter of resignation effective Jan. 31 because she moved out of the town for personal reasons.
He and town residents thanked Steele for her efforts on the board since 2006.
