Boys Basketball Roundup: South Glens Falls defeats Gloversville

SOUTH GLENS FALLS - Justin Ducey scored 19 points to lead South Glens Falls to a 65-58 win over Gloversville in a Foothills Council boys basketball game Monday.

Ducey scored 14 points in the fourth quarter for the Bulldogs, who outscored the Dragons 25-15 in the final frame to earn the win.

Rick Buser added 12 points for South Glens Falls (9-5 Foothills).

Keyshawn Arnold scored 19 points to lead Gloversville (7-11 overall, 6-8 Foothills), while Hunter Goodwin added 12 points. Kevin Johnston finished with 10 points for the Dragons.

The Flying Horses led 41-12 at the half on their way to the win.

Andrew Druziak scored 12 points to lead Amsterdam (4-13 overall, 3-12 Big 10), while Luis Laboy finished with seven points.

DOLGEVILLE - Connor Marchione finished with 31 points to lead Rome Catholic to a win over Dolgeville.

Eli Smalls scored 15 points for Rome Catholic, while Dave Sblendano added 10 points.

Rome Catholic outscored the Blue Devils 23-6 in the final quarter to seal the win.

Brice Dineen finished with 14 points to lead Dolgeville (0-17 overall), while Andrew Drumm added 11 points.

Wells, Willsboro postponed

WELLS - The Wells boys basketball team had its home game with Willsboro postponed Monday.
