GLOVERSVILLE - City police said a man was arrested this morning on a charge related to his having sexual intercourse with a teen.
Police said Justin Kenyon, 20, was arrested by Montgomery?County sheriff's deputies in?Fort Plain on an arrest warrant charging him with sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor.
Police said the charges are related to Kenyon having sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl.
Kenyon was held for arraignment this morning.
