SCHENECTADY - Schenectady won nine of 12 events on its way to a 95-77 win over Amsterdam in a boys swim meet Thursday.
Julian Canavan (200-yard freestyle, 100 freestyle), Calvin Cleworth (50 freestyle, 100 butterfly) and Ian Farmer (200 individual medley, 100 breaststroke) all won two events for Schenectady. Tyler Gannon added a win in the 100 backstroke for the Patriots.
Schenectady also won the 200 medley and 200 freestyle relays.
Kristian Santos won the 1-meter diving competition for Amsterdam, while Reyers Bruscoe won the 500 freestyle.
Amsterdam also won the 400 freestyle relay.
