The win was the first Foothills victory of the season for the Lady Bills, who outscored the Lady Tartans 25-18 in the second half to overcome a 22-19 halftime deficit.
Alexis Swatt scored eight points for Johnstown (4-6 overall, 1-5 Foothills).
Katelyn Dwyer scored 12 points to lead Scotia-Glenville (5-5 overall, 4-2 Foothills), while Nicole Conley added 10 points.
