Stephen and Melinda Girard of Mayfield announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Girard, to Michael Treadwell II, the son of Michael and Lisa Treadwell of Perth, Australia.
Girard is a 2008 graduate of Mayfield High School and a 2010 graduate of Herkimer County Community College.
Treadwell is a 2002 graduate of Black Stone Valley Academy, Rhode Island, and a 2008 graduate of the Central New York Police Academy. He is employed by Herkimer County.
